Jay provides executive and leadership coaching for people and organizations that are seeking to grow, learn and adapt. Jay developed his people centric style of leadership during his long Army career where he was privileged to work with our Nation's sons and daughters in tough, demanding and chaotic circumstances.

Whether in a combat or boardroom environment, Jay understands that the key to true success is empowering people through clear leadership and vision. Those people will themselves become the organization's next generation of leaders. 

Business Development & Strategy

After his retirement and entry into the business world, Jay decided to chart his path through the University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business where he earned his Executive MBA with a focus in Strategic Leadership. In doing so, Jay built on his many years of strategic thought development by adding the business and financial facets to his kit bag.  jay brings a unique perspective to the table where he works with business owners to tailor a growth plan to their needs in order to best serve their clients and markets.
